Just an overnight for a 5am flight. Front desk staff were excellent. The staff person I called earlier was also excellent. Nice amenities. Short but comfortable stay.
I definitely enjoyed my stay here. Thw rooms were clean and smelled so good. Not to mention, the staff was supper friendly and they all had excellent customer service. Angie the front desk clerk was my favorite!!! 10 out of 10 experience.
The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the kitchen area was well stocked. However, we were not aware that this is a "pet-friendly" hotel and so when we checked in, we were assigned a room on the first floor where pets are allowed. Huge snafu, because my companion is deathly allergic to animal dander! We informed the person at the front desk, and at first, she said they were pretty full, but was eventually able to move us to a room on the 3rd floor. However, this room did not have the bed we requested at reservation (king). It was much smaller (full). So that was an inconvenience. If the pet-friendly aspect of the accommodation was displayed more prominently on their web page (it is a tiny entry at the end of the amenities list), the issue could have been avoided. Otherwise, the location was convenient and the service was friendly and prompt.
Very clean, very nice, but the toilets flush very, very aggressively (I'm not kidding). Not a complaint, but it might startle the hell out of you in a half-asleep, middle of the night excursion. No breakfast, but a workout room and a little lobby bodega, so I'm happy and will stay here again.
Very nice, clean rooms. The staff are friendly and are always available if you need them. There's free laundry & a workout room! The location is a mile or so from any type of store you may need. Also, its pet friendly with a beautiful dog/people walking path. Love it here! P.s. The beds are to die for!
I arrived here at 1am after United sent me to the wrong airport and left me stranded. The lady at the front desk was amazing. She clearly has dealt with this situation 100 times because she was so kind and understanding. She made sure to get right to the point (knowing I’ve had a long day dealing with United). Told me there would be a shuttle ready for me when I woke up. She also made me a nice little goodie bag with waters & snacks and brought it up to me. She really turned, what was a terrible day of travel, into a pleasant one.
See stayed at Candlewood Suites MKE Airport over Thanksgiving- such a nice hotel! Wonderful, friendly staff & clean hotel! We loved our suite and fully equip kitchenette! It was a great stay for our family!!
Heather at the front desk is wonderful! She was so helpful and sweet, and made us feel so so welcome. The room was clean, cozy, and so roomy! Definitely will stay again.
